*All Island Visitor Drop Ins are welcome to attend any CrossFit class and/or open gym hours – All you need to do is pre-register online! It is not mandatory for you to contact us ahead of time. If you are a first time or newer Crossfitter on vacation (meaning you have no CrossFit experience at a CrossFit Affiliate), we HIGHLY suggest that you attend one of the classes marked ALL LEVELS . All classes will begin with a group warm up and WOD explanation with barbell as well as non-barbell (aka BeachFit) options.
