#19.2 Primer

On the Minute x 16 (4 Rounds)

Min 1 - 7 Box Jump Overs + 7 Toes to Bar  *Scale to Hanging Knee Raises or Deadbugs (7 each side)

Min 2 - 5 Power Snatches + 5 Overhead Squats (95/65) Rx+115/75lbs *Approx 50-55% of 1RM Snatch 

Min 3 - 5 Strict Pull-Ups (Scale to Pullups or Ring Rows + 5-10 Kipping HSPU (Scale to DB Push Press or Hand Release Pushups

Min 4 - 12/10 Cal Row/Bike/Ski

BEACHFIT WILL DO:

Min 1 - 7 Box Step Overs + 7  Hanging Knee Raises or Deadbugs (7 each side)

Min 2 - 10 Alternating DB Snatches  + 5 Squats with DB

Min 3 - 5 Ring Rows + 5-10 Hand Release Pushups

Min 4 - 12/10 Cal Row/Bike/Ski

Rest as needed, then...
