A.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:

10 Pull-Ups (Scale to Ring Rows/Jumping Pullups)

15 Push Press (115/75 lbs) **UnLoaded** Push Balls

20 Kettlebell Swings (53/35lbs)

Rest 4 minutes, and when the clock reaches 10:00 complete the following…

Complete as many reps as possible in 6 minutes of:

800m Run 
Max Reps of Lateral Burpees Over the Barbell

Rest 4 minutes, and when the clock reaches 20:00 complete the following…

Complete as many reps as possible in 6 minutes of:

20 Toes to Bar (Scale to Hanging Leg Raise or Ab Mat)
