WOD:

#hustle for the muscle

EMOM 24 (Every Minute on the Minute for 24 minutes)

Min 1: 15 Kettle Bell Swings (70/53lbs)

Min 2: 12 Alternating KB Lunges - 6 per leg (70/53lbs) *Scale to Single Goblet Lunge or Body Weight Lunge

Min 3:  8 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20in) Rx+10

*Scale reps as needed with this WOD.  Looking for approx :45 sec work with a short rest before next minute.
