Min 2: 10/8 Cal Bike or 200m Run 

Min 3: 12 Toes to Bar*  

Min 4:  10/8 Hand Release Pushups  (Rx+12/10)

*BeachFit will do Double KB Lunges or Goblet Lunges

*BeachFit will do Hanging Knee Raises/ Deadbugs or Ab Mat Sit ups

CASHOUT: (10 min)
