WORKOUT OF THE DAY, FEBRUARY 26TH 2018

18.1 judging and scoring will be Monday from 10:00-11:30am.  We will be running heats of 7 Athletes approx every 25 min (10, 10:25, 10:50, 11:15.)  This will be a first come first serve basis.  We will have a sign up sheet at the box.  Be sure to get your Open WOD scores submitted by 2pm (Hawaii time). Thanks in advance for being awesome! 

WOD:

#Dead Center

For Time:

50-40-30-20-10: AbMat Sit-Ups

25-20-15-10-5: Deadlifts (155/105)

20/15 Calorie Bike, Row or Ski after each round.  Sub 250m Run (Corner)

At the 20:00, then...

#Copy Cat

AMRAP 10

3 Kettlebell Swings (70/53lbs)

3 Hand-Release Pushups

3 Goblet Lunges (Total)

Add (3) Repetitions Each Round
