Chest to Bar Pull-Ups   *Scale to Pullups or Ring Rows

Min 1:  15/10 Cal Row  (12/8 Cal Bike)

Min 2: Max Strict Handstand Push-ups in :30 Seconds  (Scale to DB Strict Press seated)
