STRENGTH: (15 min)

#deadlift

5 sets of 5 Deadlits

Set #1 – 70% of 1RM Deadlift

Set #2 – 75% of 1RM Deadlift

Set #3 – 80% of 1RM Deadlift

Sets #4 and #5 – Build to a heavy set of five repetitions.

BeachFit will do:

AMRAP 12

300m Run

10 Ring Rows

10 Pushups

10 Squats

WOD:

#floor it

Every 4:00 x 4 Rounds:

100′ Walking Lunge (2x Down and Back - Blue line/Blue line)  

15 Deadlifts (185/135lbs)   *The deadlift should be a weight that athletes could complete at 25+ repetitions unbroken when fresh. **BeachFit will do Double KB Deadlift

15/10 Calorie Assault Bike (or 15/10 Cal Row)
