STRENGTH:

Alternating “On the Minute” x 12 (6 Rounds):

Even Minute:  :45s for Max Strict Handstand Pushups  *Scale to inverted hspu or hand release pushups

Odd Minutes:   5-5-4-4-3-3 Deadlifts  *Start at approx 65/70% and build if desired or stay same across

WOD:

AMRAP 12:

6 Dumbbell Push Presses (50’s/35’s)  Scale to 35/25lbs

9 Deadlifts (225/155)  *Weight used should be something athlete can do 21+ unbroken fresh

30 Double-Unders

CASHOUT:

3 Rounds:

1:00 @ Easy Pace

1:00 @ Medium Pace

1:00 @ Hard Pace

Rest 1:00 Between Rounds.

After the third and final round of the above, rest for a total of 2:00, followed by:

5 Sets of :35s On Hard Row / :25s Off
