Your Time Is Now! Lahaina CrossFit now offers a Beach Fit option for all our CrossFit class workouts.
These options are specifically designed for individuals who want the constantly varied, high-intensity aspects of CrossFit without the heavy barbell lifting. This option (done with and during our regular class times) will still focus on all ten components of optimal physical fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. If you are wanting to be a part of a great fitness ohana and get a great workout without a heavy barbell, then Lahaina CrossFit Beach Fit is a great way to get into shape using basic bodyweight movements, plyometrics, running, rowing, jump ropes, kettlebells, dumbbells, and medicine balls.
