OPEN GYM INFO:
We have Open Gym Monday through Friday from 6am-10:30am. Our WOD will be on the board for drop ins to do on their own or they can complete their own specific programming they wish to continue to follow while on vacation. Trust us though you will love our programming (Rich Froning likes it!)
6-8am Open Gym can utilize the entire gym floor but we ask that if you wish to continue Open Gym from 8-10:30am you move to our designated Open Gym side by 7:45am.
6-8am Open Gym time is where you will find most of our CrossFit coaches WODing and getting their workouts done so they can give our LCF Ohana top notch coaching during class. (Please be respectful of their time)
Please note that our classes will have priority on equipment and space. You can see our WOD posted on the website. (As a courtesy, when our Coaches are instructing (8:00-8:15 and explaining WOD), no clanging and banging! Mahalo!

BEACH FIT
Lahaina CrossFit now offers a Beach Fit option for all our CrossFit class workouts. These options are specifically designed for individuals who want the constantly varied, high-intensity aspects of CrossFit without the heavy barbell lifting. This option is done with and during our regular class times.
