60 DB Push Press (50/35 or 35/20lbs)
30 Pullups or Chest to Bar
30 Dips (Bench or Ring dips)

On the 20:00… “Tres Leches” Part #3:
1 Mile Run (Scale to 2000/1600m)
Track all three completion times. Score for the day is the sum of the three. Every second counts.
