Min 1: 15 KB Swings (70/53lbs)

Min 2: 15 Push Press (95/65lbs) Rx+115/75lbs  *Scale to pushups if body needing a break

Min 3: :30 sec Hollow Body Hold Rx+GHD Hollow Hold

Min 4: 45 Double Unders *Scale to singles or practice double unders for :20 sec and then 20 singles

Looking for :40-:45 seconds of work.  Scale accordingly but push yourselves!
