15 Burpees *Scale to 10/12 if need

15 Russian KB Swings (70/53lbs)

15 Ab Mat Sit ups

30-36min

10 Plate Rows (45/35lbs)

10 HR Pushups (Rx+Plate Pushups)

**Listen to your body on this one. Scale Reps and Rounds accordingly. Probably looking to get about a minute rest between sections. Once done with required rounds you rest until next section. Have Fun!
