30 Pushups
30 Bent Over Barbell Rows (115/75lbs)
*400m Run or 500m Row after each round
**Can use 50/35lbs DB’s if desired
CASHOUT:
Barbell Curl ladder
1-10
Face Partner, Do 1 Barbell Curl, give to partner for 1 sec, Get Barbell back and 2 do Barbell Curl, give to partner for 1 sect, Get Barbell back, do 3 Barbell curl…repeat all the way to 10.
Then switch and do same for your partner.
Guys use 35lb or 45lb bar, ladies 35, 25 or 15lb bar.

10 DB Hammer Curls
