10 Strict Pull Ups *Scale to Ring Rows or Bent Over Barbell Rows


15 Overhead Squats (95/65)


15 Toes To Bar


-Rest 3 minutes between sets- *Can scale to Front Squats if need

Target Time: Sub 2 min. Cap Time 3 min

8 reps @ 70%
6 reps @ 80%
6 reps @ 85%

#Front Squat:


5 reps @ 75%
5 reps @ 80%
