Min 1: 10 Push Press (95/65lbs) + 10 Toes to Bar  *Unloaded will do 10 DB Push Press + 10 Plank Taps

Min 2: 200m Run

Min 3: 10 Overhead Barbell Lunge (95/65lbs)  **Unloaded will do OH Plate Lunge or regular lunge

Min 4: :30 Superman Hold (Rx+ GHD Back Extension hold)
