Dead Lift

Work up to a heavy triple Sumo Dead Lift 

WOD:

3 Rounds: (15 min Cap)

60 DU (120 singles)

30 Cal Bike or Row 

15 Deadlifts (Rx 245/165) Rx+ 275/185lbs *Approx 65% of 1 RM

CASHOUT:

A:  3×20 Weighted Sit ups (feet anchored)

B:  3×6 Single leg Front Rack Step ups (Complete all 6 on one side then switch.  All use 20 inch box)
