20 Suitecase Deadlifts (10 each side) (70/53lbs)

20 KB Swings (70/53lbs)

15 Hand Release Pushups

10 Jumping Alternating Split Lunges per leg

10 Vups or Dead Bugs (Rx+GHD)

CASHOUT:

1-3 rounds

30 Banded Tricep Pushdowns

15 Barbell Curls
