500m Run (400m +100m Run)

20 Pullups

30 Pushups

40 Ab Mat Sit Ups

20 Pullups

30 Pushups

40 Ab Mat Sit Ups

**Pullups and Pushups can be switched in the order to accomadate bigger class size. 

**Cut reps in half (10, 15, 20, 25 for 2rds)  and run if needed
