3 Power Clean (135/95lbs) **Beach Fit will do 3 KB Deads + 3 Swings

6 Push-ups

9 Air Squats

*Rest 1:00 after each round. Pick up where you left off from previous AMRAP

Overhead Squats

3 sets of 3 reps @65%

Power Snatch

3 sets of 2 reps  @65%
