Deadlifts (225/155lbs) **BeachFit will do double KB Deadlifts

Ball Slams (30/20lbs)

Box Jump Overs (24/20)

**200m Run after each round

Ex:

21 Deadlifts, 21 Ball Slams, 21 Pullups, 200 Run

*You can start in any order to accomodate class size.
