12 Double Dumbbell Front Squats (50s/35s)

Time Cap set 1: 15 min Target time competitor 10 min

Time Cap set 2: 8 min Target time competitor 5 min

STRENGTH:

* Rest 60-90 secs between sets

#front squats

10 sets x 3 reps @92% 1RM Front Squat
* Rest 60-90 secs between sets

4-6+ Muscle Ups (Scale to Chest to Bar Pullups, Pullups, Ring Rows, etc..)
