3×3 Pausing Front Squat @ 60% or 1RM (“1 Mississippi Count”)

WOD:

Odd: 15/12 Cal Bike, Row, Erg or (200m Run if big class size)

Even: 30 Sit-ups (Rx+15 GHD Sit Ups)

CASHOUT:

5×15 Strict Handstand Pushups

(If strict handstand pushups are not developed, do Inverted HSPU or seated db press
