Kettle Bell Goblet Front Lunges (R/L=2) *Scale to no weight

Ab Mat Sit Ups (Rx+Toes to Bar/Knee Raises or weighted Ab Mat)

Double Unders (2x Singles)

**After each round complete 10 Sprints (5 down and backs) 

Ex: 30 Swings, 30 KB Lunges, 30 Ab Mat Sit Ups, 30 Double Unders and 5 Down and Back Sprints

CASHOUT:

Bench Press 3×8

Single Arm DB or KB Row 3×8 (8 per side)
