10 Reverse Lunge Wall Balls (20/14lbs)  *Start on 45lb plate and step back

*After each round complete – 3 down and back Farmer Carry (53/35lbs) *30ft down/30ft back

Max Set Pushups 

10 (each arm) Alternating DB Hammer Curls
