Number represents repetitions (Face cards = 10, Ace = 1,)
Suit represents the movement.
Hearts = Burpees
Diamonds = Sit-Ups (Rx+ Toes To Bar)
Spades = Plate Ground to Overhead (45/35lbs)
Clubs = Goblet Squats (53/35)
Jokers = 200m Run (Scale to Drive if needed)
Cards are flipped over one at a time.
Entire class completes the repetitions before flipping the next card.
Scale accordingly, IF NEEDED CUT THE REPS IN HALF as to keep the class moving along.
Score is the time it takes your class to make it through the deck!
