2-3 Sets

15 Banded Tri Press Downs

200ft (2x Down and Back) Gun Walk *Gun Walk

*Keep your elbows at 90 degrees and don’t let the plate touch your stomach or chest.

*Men use a 45 or 35 lb plate and ladies a 35 or 25 lb plate
