Min 1:  6 Deadlifts (185/135lbs) Rx+225/155  + 14 Lateral Bar Hops (over and back is 2)  *BeachFit will do Single KB Deadlift moderate load

Min 2: 12/10 Cal Bike

Min 3: 10 Pushups (Scale to Knees or on bench) + 15 Jumping Plyo Squat

Min 4:  15 Russian KB Swings (70/53lbs)

Min 5:   :35 Plank (Rx+Banded)

Min 6:  Rest
