Min 1: 12 Burpees (Rx+=15 Burpees)

Min 2: 40 Double Unders

Min 3: 10 Thrusters (95/65lbs) Rx+115/75lbs  **BeachFit will do Wall Balls

Min 4: 12 Chest to Bar Pullups  **BeachFit will do Ring Rows

Min 5: 12 Box Jumps (24/20)

**Push yourself!  Remember with EMOM’s we are looking to work for approx :40-:45 seconds. Get Comfortable with the Uncomfortable!
