Jenna has been practicing yoga for 15 years. Inspired by the opportunity to impart empowering positivity and introspection through teaching yoga, she is fulfilling her dream of sharing the magic that happens when we connect our mind and body through breath. In deepening her own yoga practice, she was introduced to Fluid Yoga by Kevan Gale, and received her RYT 200 hr. certification with Stil Studio. Additionally Jenna holds a certification for a restorative practice called SPA Yoga.
#Big Clean Complex
6 Sets of the following Complex :
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Press
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Jerk
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Split Jerk
One set consists of all 12 reps. Try not to drop the bar during the entire set; if you must drop after the overhead movements, it’s allowed – just be quick to get back on the bar. Rest as needed between sets and try to increase weight after each set.
BeachFit will do:
15 min AMRAP
5 KB Deadlifts + 5 KB Swings + 5 KB Tators + 5 KB Press Overhead + 200m Run
*Athlete can go up in KB weight each round if desired
Min 1: 16 Overhead Alternating Lunge (95/65lbs)
Min 2: 16 Paralette/Box Pass Throughs – Forward/Backward =1 (Rx+Max Muscle-ups in :40)
Min 3: 50 Double-unders
