25 Toes To Bar *Scale to Hanging Knee Raise or Weighted Ab Mat Sit Ups

Rest the remaining time of each 2:00 window

Ex: 0-2:00 200m Run, 2:00-4:00 30 Wall Balls, 4:00-6:00 15/12 Cal Machine, 6:00-8:00 25 Toes to Bar…repeat until 40:00 is complete
