10 Plate Ground to OH

10 KB Deadlift

10 KB High Pull

10 KB Swing

10 KB Goblet Squat

Rest 3 min then…

Every 2 minutes on the 2 minutes

Mins 1-2:  100 Double unders (200 singles)

Mins 3-4:  :40 Plank Hold + 20 Grasshoppers (R/L=2)
