60 Partner Plank Burpees (Split reps as needed, Burpee over planking partner)

4 Rounds of DT Complete full round and then rotate (DT is 12 Deadlifts, 9 Hang Power Cleans, 6 Press)

800m Run (Split into 4 200m Runs – Alternate full 200m per partner)

4 Rounds of DT (DT is 12 Deadlifts, 9 Hang Power Cleans, 6 Press)
