1 Power Clean (155/105*), 30 DU (60 singles)  Rx+185/135lbs

2 Power Cleans (155/105), 30 DU

3 Power Cleans (155/105), 30 DU

Add (1) Power Clean per round

*Approx 60% of you 1RM Power Clean if not at Rx’d

BeachFit will do:

3 KB Swings, 30 DU or 60 Singles

6 KB Swings , 30 DU  or 60 Singles

9 KB Swings, 30 DU or 60 Singles
