50 Jumping pull-ups

50 Kettlebell swings (35/26lbs) 

50 Walking Lunges (R/L=2)

50 Knees to elbows *Unloaded Ab Mat Sit Ups

50 Push press, 45/35lbs 

50 Good Mornings 45/35lbs  **Back extensions

50 Wall ball shots, 20/14lbs

50 Burpees

50 Double unders

**Depending on class size you can start where every but you must do the Burpees and Double Unders as your last 2 exercises**
