WOD:

#rise up

6 Sets
AMRAP 2 Minutes
50 Air Squats
Max Calorie Echo (OR Assault) Bike
-Rest 2 Minutes between sets –

Calorie Goal between 10 and 20 Calories

STRENGTH:

3 Snatch Push Press + 1 Snatch Balance + 1 OHS x 4 sets

* Work up in weight each set.

1 Snatch deadlift to mid-thigh + 1 Snatch Pause Pull (pause at the top of the extension for 2 seconds) + 1 Panda Pull + 1 Snatch x 3 sets

* @ 70-75% 1RM Snatch.

3 Deficit Snatch Deadlift x 3 sets @105% of 1RM Snatch (Stand on approx 4 inch plate)

* In between sets perform 8 Dumbbell Bulgarian split squats/ leg.

OPTIONAL WOD 2:

10 rounds
35 Double Unders
5 Strict Handstand Push Ups *Scale to kipping or strict db press
