With a Partner Complete the following..

Buy In – 300m Run each with Wall Ball, then 

100 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)

100 Hang Power Cleans (135/95lbs)

100 Wall Balls (30/20lbs)

100 Strict Handstand Pushups or Push Jerks (135/95lbs)

100 Calorie Assault Bike

*One partner working and one resting.  Break up reps as needed.
