WOD:

#dt and thensome

5 rds.  With a Partner:

12 Deadlifts (Rx 155/105lbs) *Scale to 135/95 or 115/75lbs

9 Hang Power Cleans

6 Jerks

12 Lateral Bar Burpees

9 Toes to Bar

6 Strict Pullups

Partner 1 does 12 Deadlifts.  Then Partner 2 does 12 Deadlifts. Partner 1 does 9 Hang Power Cleans. Partner 2 does 9 Hang Power Cleans……Partner 1 Strict Pullups.  Partner 2 Strict Pullups. 

After each round complete the following together:

Rd 1 100m Run

Rd 2 200m Run

Rd 3 300m Run

Rd 4 400m Run

Rd 5 600m Run
