WOD:

10 rounds
3 Clean and Jerks (135/95) *Scale to 115/95lbs or 95/65lbs **BeachFit/No Barbell: 50/35 Hang DB Clean/Jerk (3 per side)
3 Bar Facing Burpees

Competitor Time: 4-6 min Time Cap: 12 min

STRENGTH:

#Behind the neck Push Press + Push Press
(2+2) x3 @ 80-85% 1RM Push Press

Build to a heavy set of 3.

#Clean Deadlift to 1″ off ground + Clean Deadlift to mid knee + Clean Deadlift to mid thigh + Clean + Jerk :
(1+1+1+1+1) x 3 sets @ 70-80% 1RM Clean and Jerk

#Clean deadlift to below knee + clean deadlift to mid thigh + clean + jerk:
(1+1+1) x 4 sets @ 85-95% 1RM Clean and Jerk

*Rest 60-90 seconds between sets.

Build to heavier than last week’s sets of 4.
