WOD:

#The Ghost

6 rounds of:
1 minute of rowing
1 minute of burpees
1 minute of double-unders
1 minute rest

Try for as many reps as possible of EACH exercise, not just total score.

CASHOUT:

Alternating Dumbbell Bench Press + Double Dumbbell Bench
*4 sets: 5 x (5 alt + 5 regular) – 5 alternating reps on each arm (non-pressing arm staying at the top of ROM) directly into 5 regular DB press with both arms; same weight across or increase

Barbell Skull Crusher 4 sets: 8-12 reps; same weight across or increase
