Teams of 2
3 Rounds:
200 Meter Run
400 Meter Run
600 Meter Run
Partner 1 runs 200 meters, partner 2 runs 200 meters. Partner 1 runs 400 meters, and so on….
Immediately after each run complete the following:
200m Run complete :30 Plank
400m Run complete 20 Banded Pull aparts
600m Run complete 15 DB Floor Press, then as many pushups as possible
