The 4s should be light and fast, starting making bigger jumps on the triples, then finish heavy on the doubles

FINISHER:

For Time 50 Pistols *Scale to Alternating BW Lunges (8 MIN CAP)

EMOM (including 0:00) until completion:

60 Double Unders

You should have at least :20 per round to hit Pistols, otherwise you should modify the DU reps.
