WOD:

Every 1:30, for 30 minutes (5 sets of each)

Station 1: 30 Double Unders + 10 Suitcase Deadlifts per side (70/53lbs)

Station 2: 15/10 Calories Assault Bike or 250/200m Row

Station 3: 15 Plate Burpees 

Station 4: 200m Run
