Min 2:  2 Lateral Barbell Burpees + 5 Thrusters*    (BeachFit will do 2 Burpees +10 Wall Balls)

*Build in load with your Thrusters. For example, Rd1 95/65, Rd2 115/75, Rd3 135/95, Rd4 155/105, Rd 5 175/125.  Challenge YOURSELF!
