21 Wallballs (20/14lbs)
21 Calorie Bike (Running Option 400m Run)

15 Hang Power Cleans (115/80)
15 Wallballs (20/14lbs)
15 Calorie Bike (Running Option 200m Run)

*Calorie Bike is first option. If there is a full class and bikes are full, do Calorie Row/Erg.
