Validation will be at 10am on Monday ONLY.  There will only be validation during OPEN GYM.  

WOD:

AMRAP 20

*40 Alternating Lunges

*10 Squat Clean Thruster (115/75lbs)

200m Run (12/10 Cal Bike or 200m Row)

*Share Lunges and Squat Clean Thrusters reps.  Ideally, Partner 1 does 20 Alternating Lunges (10 Per Leg), then Partner 2 20 Alt Lunges (10 per leg).  

Partner 1, 5 Squat Clean Thruster, then Parter 2, 5 Squat Clean Thruster. 

Partner 1 200m Run, then Partner 2 200m Run. 

Shooting for 5-8 Rounds total.
