YOUR TIME IS NOW!! Did you know Lahaina CrossFit offers CrossFit UnLoaded Classes? Lahaina CrossFit now offers an UNLOADED option for all our CrossFit class workouts. These options are specifically designed for individuals who want the constantly varied, high-intensity aspects of CrossFit without the heavy barbell lifting. This option (done with and during our regular class times) will still focus on all ten components of optimal physical fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. If you are wanting to be apart of a great fitness community and get a great workout without a heavy barbell, then Lahaina CrossFit UNLOADED is a great way to get into shape using basic bodyweight movements, plyometrics, running, rowing, jump ropes, kettlebells, dumbbells, and medicine balls

WOD:

#jaws

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:

3 Hang Power Cleans (155/105lbs) (Rx+165/115lbs)

6 Push-ups

9 Jumping Split Lunges

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles. 

Post rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles.

UnLoaded Option:

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:

5 Kettle Bell Tators

5 Push Ups

5 Lunges

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles. 

Post rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles.
