WORKOUT OF THE DAY, MARCH 24TH 2016

16.5 is quickly approaching! Has it been 5 weeks already?

Friday Night Lights will be going down between 5-7pm on Friday March 25th. Ask those that attended the previous weeks…it was Electric!  We will be running heats accordingly based on what Mr. Castro announces.  Please check our Lahaina Facebook page for additional heat information and sign up Thursday afternoon/evening. 

We are programming 16.5 for classes on Friday BUT our Coaches will be focused on Coaching class and not validating during class time.  This goes for our Drop In Visitors as well.  There will be a make up time Monday from 10-11am. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep/cal, except on the plank
