Dumbbell Squats (50’s/35’slbs) (Scaled 35/20lbs)
Ex: 1 DB Squat, 1 Bar Facing Burpee, 2 DB Squat 2 Bar Facing Burpee..10 DB Squat, 10 Barbell Facing Burpees
*If you get done with 18.2 under the 12 minute Cap then the remaining time until 12 minutes is to find your 1 Rep Max Clean.
**BeachFit will do DB Squat and Bar Facing Burpees for the entire 12 minutes…if you get to 10/10…go to 11/11…etc
